With over 30 years of experience, Frank brings valuable skills and insight as a member of The CFO Connection. Frank has been president of his own company and has held several senior management positions in various companies.
Before joining The CFO Connection, Frank was CEO of a successful management training company. Frank brought clients his extensive experience in financial consulting, delivering financial training programs and consulting services to all levels of management at major corporations throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Moreover, his skills encompassed managing and motivating finance departments and working with key non-financial members of organizations (marketing, manufacturing, sales, and research). On a personal level, Frank likes to build strong relationships with clients, working in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals.
Frank has worked with smaller companies installing and teaching staff business application software.
Frank has also worked in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Previous to his role as CEO, Frank was the CFO of an HMO with annual revenues in excess of $100M. Earlier in his career, Frank has held senior level financial positions at various companies including the Syntex Corporation, McNeil Laboratories (Johnson & Johnson family of companies), and the Canadian National Transportation Company. He started his career as an auditor with PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
Frank holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA (Bachelor of Commerce degree) from the University of Windsor. He also is a Certified Management Accountant.
Frank also belongs to various professional organizations including the American Society of Training and Development and the Society of Management Accountants.
